Eco print - And there's more!

This workshop is designed as a follow-on for those who have attended my Eco Print & Stitch workshop, or for anyone who has some experience of eco printing and would like to develop their skills.

Come and immerse yourself in a full day of experimenting, discovering and creating with botanical colour. There will be plenty of opportunities to try new techniques, explore different materials and see what wonderful surprises emerge from your bundles.

During the day, we will explore:

• A varied selection of fabrics and papers to eco print onto
• Different ways of bundling and wrapping your materials
• Alternative dye colours and methods for creating backgrounds for your eco prints
• Adding a few unexpected elements to your bundles — not just leaves!
• Working with multiple layers and different sizes of fabric
• Experimenting with techniques to create your own unique prints

All equipment and materials are provided, so you can simply come along and enjoy the day.

This workshop is from 10.00am til 4.30pm and will be held at the Blackbird Shack Studio just outside Berkswell,  Solihull, CV7.
